The IWT CLASP Certificate in Global Pedagogy is a new micro-credential open to faculty from GHEA21 partner institutions who wish to deepen their global classroom practice. To earn the certificate:
Faculty must actively participate in at least six IWT CLASP workshops offered over the course of the 2025–2026 academic year.
Two of the workshops must have a particular emphasis on global learning. The
Global Learning Focus
tag on the events page indicates workshops with a focus on global learning.
It is possible to begin the certificate at any time during the Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 workshop series, provided there are enough remaining workshops to fulfill the certificate requirements. However, space in workshops is limited – interested faculty are encouraged to apply for the certificate and register for workshops that interest them as soon as possible.
